You finally did it! You scored a seat on the coveted business class, and the only thing standing between you and a luxurious flight to Europe for your next corporate meeting is packing. Well, it’s okay to be excited. After all, a flight from Pittsburgh to any destination in Europe can be pretty tiring, but when you are in business class, it’s more smooth-sailing.  However, don’t let the excitement get the best of you, especially when you need to pack for your corporate trip. Fortunately, we’re here to ensure it doesn’t happen. Below is a list outlining packing essentials when flying business class for a corporate meeting.

Packing Tips When Flying Business Class for a Corporate Meeting

Packing by itself is a stressful affair. So it can be even more stressful when you are packing for a corporate meeting as you don’t know what to take with you and what to leave behind. On that note, here are tips to get you flying on the right note.

Your Travel Documents Go First

Even before you look for that outfit you’ve been planning in your mind, the first thing you should do is get your travel documents ready. The last thing you want is to reach the airport only to realize you forgot your passports or reach your destination to find you forgot your hotel confirmation. Thereby, pack your airline reservation, health insurance cards, and any other vital documents first. Also, consider making a copy, so you don’t end up stranded when they get lost or are stolen.

Pack Light

Flying business class comes with a host of perks. For instance, passengers often get an amenities kit when flying business class on international flights such as from Pittsburgh to Europe. It usually contains toothpaste, eye mask, moisturizing cream, pajamas, and even in some cases, slippers to keep you comfortable.

You, therefore, don’t have to pack your PJs, which leaves you more space to pack the necessities for your corporate meet-up. In other words, carry only the essentials so your trip can be easy from the word go.

However, note, not all airlines offer PJs to business class passengers. It’s therefore wise to leave the task of flight booking to us. We will review the different airlines offering flights to Europe on your behalf, and book one that gives you such privileges and the best bang for your buck.

Choose the Right Bag

If you’re going on a short corporate trip, then you may only need a carry-on. But if you’re going for a trip that lasts more than three days, the classic suitcase would be more appropriate. Thus, another trick to getting your first business class flight to Europe on a business trip right is to choose the right bag so you can have an easy time checking in.

Pack a Few Clothes in Your Carry-on

If your business trip is going to last more than three days, then it would be wise to have a few clothes go into your carry-on. Why? Well, things happen, your luggage gets lost on your way to the hotel, and you’re left with no clothes and a meeting to attend early the next day. Therefore, let some of your outfits go into the carry-on so you can be okay for a day or two when things go south and have time to buy new ones.
