How do you get rates better than directly with airlines?

Airlines always distribute a segment of their seats to agencies at sizable discounts. Such discounted rates are not available every day nor on every flight, being flexible is key. We use a variety of different options to get significant savings for our clients.

What's the benefit for me to book with you instead directly with airline?

a.    Airlines have no reason, and certainly no obligation, to offer you the lowest price. Their goal is to charge the highest rate markets can bear today. That’s why their prices are much more, closer to departure – they have complex algorithms to maximize profits by smart price increases.

b.    We are able to find much better rates due to our relationships with the airlines.

c.    We’ll be there for you after the sale as well, if you need our help or to make changes.

d.    We build lasting relationships and do everything to ensure our clients are happy.

How are you different than Expedia, Travelocity and other online sites?

Such sites are often owned by one of the big airlines and their purpose is to aggregate all published fares on one screen. They scan many different airlines but don’t really have any discounts.

We also offer personal service with competent agents available to help. Websites such as Expedia, Travelocity and others outsource their support and the agent’s knowledge is minimal and limited to assist with making changes etc.

What are your average discounts?

Our discounts are significant, occasionally reaching as much as 50% or more. Average discounts are 10-20% for most flights. It depends on many factors.

Which airlines do you work with?

We work with absolutely all major carriers in the world.

If you have such deep discounts can I get a business class ticket for almost the same price as economy or even less?

Even with our discounts business class will often cost 2-3 times the price of economy fare.

Do your discounted fares offer mileage accumulation

It varies. Some do, some don’t. We will advise you either way.

Are these fares refundable?

All tickets are non-refundable.

Can I change my flights if I need to?

Yes. All our flights are changeable with a fee of $450 per ticket, plus any applicable fare increase. The fare increase varies case by case.

What happens if I need to cancel my flight? Do I lose my money?

You won’t lose your money! You can cancel flight and receive a one-year credit with Elyon Travel to redeem on future discounted flights in the same travel class, with the same airlines. Allowing Changes to routings or destinations vary. Tickets may range from very restrictive to very flexible, however as a rule they are generally not allowed.

What happens if I miss my plane or flight is canceled?

If you miss a connection, the airlines will follow its contract of carriage and put you on the next available flight. Same applies to cancelled/delayed flights due to weather or technical reasons.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Yes, you can get it with one of our partners.

How Do I Pay?

How can I pay for my tickets?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and bank wire transfers.

Do I pay you or the airline?

It depends on the type of fare booked but most of the time we will process your card.

Do you help with Visas?

To get the most professional and prompt service we recommend one of our partners. 

Do you do hotels?

Currently, no. Check with us and we can make some great recommendations though!
